Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about swapping Sidra tokens, trading Sidra coins, wallets, fees, and security.
Getting started
Using SidraDEX
Open the exchange, connect a compatible wallet, select the token pair you want to trade, enter an amount, and review the details before confirming in your wallet.
Swapping and trading
Sidra tokens and coins
Select the token you hold in the “You pay” field, choose Sidra as the token you want to receive, enter the amount, review the quote, and approve the transaction through your wallet.
You can trade the SidraChain token pairs currently supported by the exchange interface. Available assets may vary, so check the token selector before starting a swap.
Quotes can change with market prices, liquidity, price impact, slippage settings, and network conditions. Always review the latest quote before confirming.
Wallets and safety
Protecting your assets
Yes, you can swap supported SidraChain tokens to Sidra through SidraDEX. Connect a compatible wallet, select the token you want to exchange, choose Sidra as the receiving token, enter the amount, review the quote and fees, then confirm the transaction in your wallet. Token availability depends on supported pairs and liquidity.
A compatible wallet should open its own approval window. Read the request carefully and approve only actions you understand. Recovery words are never required for a normal connection.
Fees and transactions
Before you confirm
Blockchain transactions may require a network fee. The wallet confirmation screen should show the estimated cost before you approve the transaction.
Check the token names, contract details where available, amount received, price impact, slippage, network fee, and destination wallet before confirming.
Tokens and balances
Common Sidra token questions
Open the token selector to see the assets currently supported by SidraDEX. Token availability can change as new pairs and liquidity become available.
Confirm that your wallet is connected to the correct network and address. A token may also be unsupported, hidden by the wallet, or unavailable in the selected trading pair.
Balances may take time to refresh after a transaction. Check the connected address, network, token contract, and latest transaction status, then refresh the page.
Verify the token name and contract details through trusted official SidraChain sources. Do not rely only on a token symbol, image, or message from an unknown person.
Troubleshooting
Swap and transaction help
A swap may fail because of insufficient network funds, changed prices, low liquidity, an expired quote, slippage limits, or a rejected wallet request. Review the wallet message before trying again.
Network activity and the selected fee can affect confirmation time. Check the transaction in a trusted SidraChain explorer and avoid submitting the same trade repeatedly.
Slippage is the difference between the quoted price and the final execution price. A very low limit can cause a swap to fail, while a high limit may allow a less favorable result.
Price impact estimates how much your trade may move the pool price. Larger trades or pools with less liquidity can have a greater impact.
The selected pool may not have enough tokens to complete the requested trade at a reasonable quote. Try a smaller amount or another supported pair.
Your wallet activity and a trusted SidraChain explorer can show transactions associated with your public wallet address.
Access and privacy
Using SidraDEX safely
The interface is responsive for mobile browsers. Wallet approval may require a compatible wallet application or its built-in browser.
SidraDEX is designed as a non-custodial interface. Your wallet remains responsible for holding and approving access to your assets.
Use the disconnect option in the interface when available, then review and remove the site connection from your wallet application if needed.
Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Always verify the token pair, amount, wallet address, and network details before approving.
