Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SidraDEX website and interface. By accessing or using SidraDEX, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

The SidraDEX interface

SidraDEX is designed as a non-custodial interface that allows users to view supported SidraChain assets, obtain quotes, and submit token-swap instructions through compatible wallets and blockchain protocols.

SidraDEX does not take custody of your wallet, recovery phrase, private key, or digital assets. Transactions are initiated by you and require approval through your wallet. The interface may not be available at all times or in every location.

Eligibility and legal compliance

You may use SidraDEX only if you have legal capacity to enter into these terms and your use is permitted under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for determining whether using the interface or trading a particular asset is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must not use SidraDEX if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or otherwise restricted from using blockchain or digital-asset services.

Your responsibilities

• Protect your wallet, device, private keys, passwords, and recovery phrase.
• Verify the website domain, connected network, wallet address, token contract, recipient, quote, slippage, price impact, and fees.
• Maintain enough network currency to pay applicable transaction fees.
• Review every wallet request before approving it.
• Pay any taxes and meet reporting duties that apply to your transactions.

Digital-asset and blockchain risks

Digital assets and decentralized protocols involve substantial risk. Prices may be volatile, liquidity may be limited, and you may lose some or all of the value involved in a transaction. Regulatory protections may be limited or unavailable depending on the activity and your location.

Other risks include smart-contract bugs, network congestion, delayed or failed transactions, inaccurate third-party data, malicious tokens, phishing, wallet compromise, protocol changes, and loss of access to wallet credentials. Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

You use SidraDEX at your own risk and should not trade assets you do not understand or cannot afford to lose.

Prohibited use

You must not use SidraDEX to:

• Break a law, regulation, court order, sanction, or third-party right.
• Commit fraud, theft, money laundering, market manipulation, or other unlawful conduct.
• Distribute malware, interfere with security, overload the service, or gain unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity or the origin, ownership, or destination of assets.
• Use automated systems in a way that harms the interface or other users.

Third-party services and protocols

SidraDEX may interact with wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, token projects, data providers, explorers, and external websites that are not controlled by the site operator. Their availability, security, terms, and privacy practices are their own responsibility. A link or token listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.

No financial, investment, or tax advice

Information shown through SidraDEX is provided for general informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SidraDEX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, security, or error-free performance.

No quote, token information, price, balance, or transaction estimate is guaranteed. Final results depend on the blockchain, liquidity, wallet, smart contracts, and other systems outside the interface.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; loss of digital assets; wallet compromise; failed transactions; or third-party conduct arising from use of the interface.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those locations, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site operator and its contributors from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of SidraDEX, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes, suspension, and termination

The interface or these terms may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or protection of users and the service.
